At Shop Sansaara, we want you to love every product you bring into your home. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as bedding (once opened), customized products, or clearance items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Email us at sales@shopsansaara.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping the product back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
We aim to process refunds quickly and fairly.
Refund Method
- • Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of approval or rejection.
- • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Items not in original condition, or returned after the 7-day window, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, please contact us at sales@shopsansaara.com.
